Absentee Auction Bidders

To place an absentee bid please email or call the following information to [email protected] or 612-860-3246 by Saturday, March 1 at 12 Noon. You are authorizing the designated Spirit Moves Committee Member to act on your behalf in placing the following bid:
  • Your name, 
  • Item number
  • Opening bid
  • Maximum bid.
  • Phone number for confirmation prior to event 
  • Phone number during the silent auction time (Saturday, March 1, 6 - 8:30 pm)
  • In the event you are the winning bidder, how late may we call on Saturday night?

If you are the successful bidder, you will be notified no later than Sunday, March 2, afternoon. At that time, you will be required to provide a credit card number for payment. You will also be required to make arrangements to pick up of item(s) and or certificate(s). If delivery of larger items is required, there will be an additional delivery charge added to your invoice.
